Ms. Tanya Mathur is RCI registered Clinical Psychologist with 2+ years of clinical experience. She caters to the emotional and psychological needs of adults and adolescents. She believes in encouraging the clients to talk and explore their feelings, attitudes and behaviours during therapy. She follows an eclectic approach, following through the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, humanistic, and existential philosophy. Along with that, she adopts an intersectional and queer-affirmative lens in her approach.
