Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Please make sure that you really need to book an appointment, before making any payments through this website/ App. The person making the appointment or paying for the appointment is taking full responsibility for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of Telepsych.
  • If an appointment is canceled 12 hours before the appointment time, 90% of fees will be refunded. A 10% administrative charge will be deducted.
  • The final decision is made by Telepsych. You can email [email protected] for any clarifications/ questions.
  • You cannot change the appointment timing once it is fixed with your provider.
  • For any problem and suggestion please email us at [email protected] or call us at 93155 45403. Our admin Head will respond you as soon as possible.
  • If you are unhappy with the services, no partial or any refund will be given.
  • You need to take your sessions under the validity period of your session, failing to do so will be a forfeiture of your session, by your own will and knowingly. No refund will be processed.
  • Therapist holds the choice to change your appointment time in case of emergency and slot if they need to. It will be communicated as soon as possible so that a replacement session can be scheduled.
