Ms Heena Oberoi is a clinical psychologist dedicated to creating a safe space to understand support, and empower clients. She has training and experience working with a variety of disorders across various age groups. Her particular expertise lies in dealing with substance use concerns, anxiety disorders including obsessive compulsive disorder and panic disorder, mood disorders and adjustment-related difficulties. She follows an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating techniques from different evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT and ACT, to best suit each individual’s needs. With a strong commitment to client well-being, Heena creates a space where individuals feel heard, supported and understood, while receiving compassionate and ethical care.
