Ms. Rashmi Seal is a RCI Certified, compassionate Clinical Psychologist who has experience and is well versed in various psychotherapeutic techniques such as Cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy and behavioural modification techniques, ACT, grief therapy, schema focused therapy, supportive psychotherapy, mindfulness and other evidence-based therapies. Ms. Seal provides counselling to adult and geriatric population. Adding to her assets are wide range of psychological assessments ranging from neurological assessments, personality assessments and assessments for children. Being empathetic, genuine and goal driven are her core interpersonal skills.
